It serves an international breakfast buffet, à la carte menus for lunch and dinner, and themed buffets based on market demand. The focus is on minimising food waste and using a minute-by-minute preparation for both buffets and à la carte. Expert chefs prepare healthy local favourites with an authentic yet modern presentation, using locally sourced products to support sustainability.

At Makila Restaurant, we take great pride in collaborating with local suppliers to bring our diners the finest, most flavourful seasonal ingredients. Our spices are courtesy of La Plantation, while our vanilla is sourced from Cambodia Vanilla Tahitensis. We have also partnered with La Fermede Bassac for our pork, beef, and Wat Chocolate for all our cocoa products.
